Attorney Joe Field is excited to announce the release of his second book – “The Black Hole of Probate (& the 3 Ways to Avoid It)” now on Amazon and Kindle.
Known for his clever use of analogies during meetings with clients, Joe integrates these stories into this practical, short 58-page book which explains the various nuances of probate. Indeed, attorney Field has 32 years of experience as a lawyer, serving an arsenal for content, though just 10 of those years have been solely dedicated to estate planning and probate work.
“Focusing strictly on estate planning and probate for the past 10 years has enabled me to see the subtleties of the subject, to the point that the various analogies that I now use are begging to be released”, explains Joe Field.
This is attorney Field’s second book, the first being “Finding Joe Adams: Overcoming Great Odds a Son Searches for His Father”, which has won many awards including a Silver Medal from Readers’ Favorite in an international writing contest and receiving 5 out of 5 stars from The Online Book Club. Touted as “a natural storyteller” by various reviewers Joe puts this ability to work in his latest work while at the same time delivering practical, sound advice on what could be perplexing subjects such as Wills, trusts, power of attorney and, of course, probate.
Joe is already moving on to his third book, one that will assimilate various Christian devotionals he has written over the years. This is expected to be published in early 2026.
